Definitely, knowing who you can count on is a critical part of our lives, and most normally I find FAMILY to be that, but even some members of our family stand out for that. Because of human nature, it is hard to have someone besides your family who can always be there for you, since other motives make it really hard to have.
A related thing to business is PARTNERSHIPS. Whenever a partnership is established, all members should really define WHAT ARE THE ROLES, STRENGHTS and how each complement to make the partnership more than the sume of its members. And this is really a very hard part in business life, as well as in the "business continuity" related to inheritance issues. Very challenging.
Great topic and good way of looking at relationships. Definitely my long lasting ones are my family. But these ideas brought me back to Business Relationships. And the one that is extremely challenging is PARTNERSHIPS. Where the first question in starting a business with a partner is: WHAT EACH ONE PUT ON THE PARTNERSHIP and how THOSE STRENGHTS COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER for it to be longlasting. And the lack of such definition or analysis, is the one that cause partnership dissolved. Thanks for your thoughts.
Familys is everything.
My family and my boyfriend
Thanks for sharing it made me think about the people that I can really count on and that I know are worth it
